Orders are processed promptly within 1-3 business days of your order. We try to ship orders out the next business day after your order is placed whenever possible. If we have any concerns or questions about your order, you will be notified immediately by the email you provided at checkout. Please contact us if you need to rush an order and we can see if we are able to accommodate the request. 


All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail from Fullerton, California, which generally takes 3 - 5 business days. We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Please contact us if you need to rush an order or upgrade to a shipping option you don't see listed.

We do not currently offer international shipping.


Nordic Fox Design Co. accepts all major credit cards.


All sales are final. If however, your item was damaged during shipping, we will happily exchange the item. If this is the case, please email us at with photos of the damaged item. Nordic Fox Design Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking number states it has been delivered. If your tracking number says "delivered" but you think your package has been lost or stolen please contact your local post office or file a claim at
